The Heart of Kairos
For almost eight years, I worked as a wedding coordinator and photographer in Dubai. I’ve always believed everyone deserves to be seen, heard and celebrated.
After moving to Australia, life took me into a different season. Through prayer, I felt called back to events—and The Kairos became my appointed moment to begin again.

For almost eight years, I worked as a wedding coordinator and photographer in Dubai. Events have always had a special place in my heart because I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard and celebrated.
After moving to Australia, life took me into a different season. But the love I had for creating meaningful experiences never really left.
One day, while praying and asking God what He wanted me to do in this season of my life, I felt that familiar pull in my heart again:
Go back to events.
So I began gathering all the ideas I had been carrying, praying over them, and asking God for direction. And before I knew what the business would look like, I knew what I wanted to call it.
The Kairos.
Kairos is a Greek word often understood as an appointed or right moment in time.
And for me, the name felt deeply personal.
I felt that perhaps this was my appointed time to begin again. A new chapter. A new opportunity to use what I have learned, what I love, and what I have been entrusted with to create something meaningful for others.
The Kairos was born from a simple belief:
You deserve to be celebrated with excellence.
Every person has a story. Every milestone carries meaning. Every celebration holds moments that we wish we could keep forever.
That is why what we create is more than just a service. We want to help preserve the moments that matter, so that years from now, families can look back and remember how their loved ones were there, how they were seen, how they were celebrated, and how much they mattered.
From every detail we design to every experience we create, we put love, intention and passion into what we do.
Because we don't just want our clients to have an event.
We want them to feel celebrated.
This new chapter is a reminder to me that sometimes, the right moment comes after a season of waiting, learning and starting again.
And whatever we create through The Kairos, my desire is to pursue excellence, serve people wholeheartedly, and ultimately give the glory to God.

01 / What areas do you service?
We are based in Robina, Gold Coast and service the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.
Travel within 50 km of Robina is included. For stunning venues further afield, a travel and logistics fee of $1.50 per kilometre applies to the distance beyond 50 km. As our team makes two trips to your venue – one to deliver and style your setup, and one to pack down and collect – the fee applies to both. It is calculated from your venue address, shown when you review your booking and included in your payment.
02 / How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event dates. Once your date is secured, your experience is reserved exclusively for your celebration.
03 / How much time do you need to set up?
We typically arrive approximately one hour before your booking begins to allow enough time to set up, style and test your experience before your guests arrive.
04 / Is someone there to look after the experience?
Our photo booth experiences include an on-the-day attendant. Our Video Guest Book experiences are designed to be simple and self-guided, with on-day support available when needed.
05 / Can I customise the experience?
Our collections are thoughtfully designed with The Kairos signature aesthetic, so you don't have to worry about sourcing or choosing every little detail.
We keep the experience beautifully cohesive and ready for your celebration. Selected details, such as signage and event information, may be personalised depending on the collection.
06 / How do I receive my photos and videos?
Your digital memories will be provided after your event. For Video Guest Book experiences, your recorded messages are carefully compiled and delivered through a private digital link.
07 / Can I hire more than one experience?
Absolutely. Our Curated Collections already pair selected experiences together, or you can enquire about creating an experience that suits your celebration.
08 / What happens after I book?
Once you accept the agreement, your equipment is held while you pay securely online. As soon as full payment is received, your booking is confirmed and we’ll email your confirmation and tax invoice.

09 / Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. At checkout you can pay by card or Apple Pay, or spread the cost with Afterpay, Zip or Klarna. Each provider sets its own approval, limits and terms, and the options shown depend on your booking total.
Either way, we receive full payment at booking, so your date is confirmed straight away.
